So my wife's birthday is coming up and I'm trying to decided what I can get her that is special but also not crazy expensive as I'm broke after Christmas.  The timing of her birthday is about as convenient as a the timing of Carson Palmers torn knee in the 2005 play off game but I guess I can't change it

I'm thinking that since she's a huge Ohio State fan I could get her a Buckeye Gift Basket to enjoy before the Rose Bowl? (Even though they're a bunch of scrubs)  I was also thinking about doing something sweet like cleaning the basement, washing her car, or taking down the Christmas lights.  Somehow I think those 3 ideas will go down in flames when compared to jewelry or something.  Shopping for cheap rings online here I come!

I think it's got to be easier for women to buy us gifts.  They just buy something that takes batteries, needs to be sharpened, or can be eaten and were happy as clams.
